We're a jurisdiction-decision consultancy for yacht owners weighing a reflag — tax residency, financing, crew rules, and registry timelines, worked through before you commit to a registry. The consultation fee is credited in full toward registration if you proceed with us.

Registration processors will file paperwork for whichever flag you name — Delaware, Cayman, the Marshall Islands — but none of them tell you which one actually fits your ownership structure, financing, or cruising pattern. That question gets waved off to a phone call.
Advisory firms write good articles about the factors involved, then end every one of them the same way: talk to a specialist. The specialist conversation is the product. Almost nobody prices it as one.
We do. You pay for a structured, written comparison against your specific vessel and situation — and if you register through us afterward, that fee comes off the invoice.
That comparison isn't only registration fees and processing time. It covers the rules that actually govern the vessel afterward — port-state inspection regimes, crew-nationality and certification requirements, and where a foreign flag can and can't carry paying passengers — the details a fee schedule doesn't show, and the ones that actually catch owners out.
The consultation is priced as real work, not a sales call — which is what makes the credit meaningful rather than a discount trick.
Sized to your vessel's tier. Non-refundable — it's the fee for the advisory work itself, not a hold.
A written comparison across the flags that actually fit your case, plus a call to walk through it.
Take the memo to your own counsel, sit on it, or move immediately — there's no pressure built into the fee.
Proceed with us and the full deposit comes off your registration invoice, within the tier's credit window.
Registration and reflagging can take weeks — you shouldn't have to chase us for status.
Priced by what actually drives the advisory work — financing, crew nationality, commercial use — not just length overall.
Deposits are non-refundable if you don't proceed with registration, and are credited only against our registration/reflagging service fee — third-party registry and government fees are pass-through regardless of tier. Vessels above roughly 60m, or engagements coordinating three or more outside advisors, are quoted individually rather than on the Superyacht tier.
Confidential by default. Vessel, ownership, and financial details you share with us are used only to prepare your consultation — never shared with third parties, and never sold or used for marketing, without your consent.
